二手舊設備裝運前檢驗檢疫-中檢
進口二手舊設備裝運前檢驗檢疫，注意事項：
1.將機械表面的油垢清除干凈，機械如有油箱或其他裝儲液體裝置，請將液體抽干，并用防水膠布將封口密封;
Do clean the greasy dirt on the surface of machine! If there are gasoline tanks or other liquid storage devices, please drain the fluid and seal with waterproof fabric.
2.污垢清除后，如果機械表面保護漆已經脫落，并起銹，外觀成色非常陳舊的，建議噴涂以機械原色為基準的著色，盡量保持機械表面著色新凈;
If the paint on the surface has shed, even the surface has be covered with rust, resulting in the appearance of machine is extremely old. We advise that you can repaint it based on the original color to keep the surface clean and fresh.
3.機械原有的銘牌標記，如果已經脫落或者丟失，建議重新制作銘牌標記（機械型號，年份，*，產地，制造商等信息）。
If the original nameplate of the machine is lost; we advise that you can remake a nameplate marking (machine model, year, brand, origin manufacturer and other information).
4.機械接觸部分或者操作臺附件，請在顯眼處貼標《安全使用警示牌》；
On the contact part or the accessories of operation panel, Please labeling <Safe Use of Warning Signs> in a conspicuous place.
5.如機械有附件類的電源，電線，接口等，建議使用繩索扎緊，避免裝卸時損壞；
If there are power supply, electrical wire, interface, we advise you can fasten them by ropes in order to avoid damage when loading and unloading.
6.機械清潔后，在未用薄膜、木卡板等工具包裝前，請將每臺機器設備拍照（每臺設備清晰的全景的正面，左、右兩側和銘牌部位圖片各1張），回傳予我司以舊機電進口前備案之用；
After cleaning, please take pictures of each equipment (At least one clear and panoramic photo about front, left and right sides and nameplate) before packaging. Please send the photos to us.
7.如屬儀器類，按鍵部位，建議采用木箱打包裝箱，并在出口前做熏蒸消毒處理，提供《木質包裝檢疫消毒證書》。
If the equipment is a instrument, the keypad should be packaged by wooden box Preferably. But it must finish fumigation before export, providing <the Certificate of wood packaging inspection and disinfection>.
8.兩臺設備的拆卸后的清單及裝箱標示（例如：箱子1表面標注“1”設備為“操作臺”）；

9.設備裝卸位置或吊裝受力點標記;

10. 易碎品，請做好標示及安全保護；
